Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Vieplan account and all associated personal data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1: Delete in-app (recommended)

1. Open the Vieplan app and sign in
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion (you may be asked to sign in again for security)

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email thanhnga11907@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile (name, email, photo, language preference, FCM tokens)
• Workplaces you own, including all shifts and member records within them
• Your membership records in workplaces you joined as an employee/lead

What may be retained

• Shift records you created while working at a workplace owned by someone else may remain as historical business records for that workplace owner, but are no longer linked to your personal identity once your account is deleted
